Shipping Policy

Effective date: 01 January 2024

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification via email when your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be impacted by potential delays due to a high volume of orders or courier service problems that are outside of our control.

Courier Service

We use a network of vetted couriers to safely deliver your order.

In-store Pickup

Customers may opt for in-store pickup which is currently only available at our Head Office in Bedfordview, Gauteng.
Our in-store pickup hours are between 08:00 to 16:00 on Mondays to Fridays or between 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays or Public Holidays.

Local Delivery

Gauteng: Delivery is R99 per drum and estimated delivery times are between 1 to 2 business days.

National Delivery

Red Zones
Polokwane, Rustenburg, Witbank, Nelspruit, Klerksdorp, Welkom, Harrismith, Newcastle, Richards Bay, Pietermaritzburg, Durban, Port Shepstone, Bloemfontein and Vaal: Delivery is R139 per drum and estimated delivery times are between 1 to 3 business days.

Orange Zones
East London, Port Elizabeth, George and Cape Town: Delivery is R169 per drum and estimated delivery times are between 2 to 4 business days.

Regional Delivery

Grey Zones
Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, Mossel Bay, Sedgefield, Kuruman, Kimberle and Uppington: Delivery is R179 per drum and estimated delivery times are between 3 to 6 business days.

Remote Delivery

Purple Zones: Delivery is R279 per drum and estimated delivery times are between 5 to 8 business days.

P.O. Box Delivery

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY CASH REFUNDS!

If applicable, within 14 days after purchase a refund in the form of an online coupon code or in-store voucher equivalent to the value of the product(s) / item(s) can be issued, provided that the item is still completely sealed and free from:

• Damage and tampering

• Physical alterations

• Any other damages not mentioned here

• All accessories including paintbrushes are still attached / unused and sealed

If you would like to return an item please notify us via email ([email protected]) and we will gladly assist.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping fee when returning an item for store credit or exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging before shipping it back to us.

Damaged Items

If an item was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item for a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
