All items leaving our store have been inspected to ensure products are free from defects and that our clients receive the best possible products.
DELIVERY / COURIER
If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of your products upon receipt please send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of the time of delivery with pictures and a description of the damages / reason for the complaint. Please note we will not be able to replace products after 24 hours have passed.
SHIPPING FEES
You are responsible for paying for the shipping fee when returning an item for store credit or exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging before shipping it back to us.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of your products upon receipt please send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours. Please inspect all products carefully before leaving our store as we cannot accept liability for damaged products / defects / spillages once the product has been removed from our store.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE DO NOT OFFER ANY CASH REFUNDS!
If applicable, within 14 days after purchase a refund in the form of an online coupon code or in-store voucher equivalent to the value of the product(s) / item(s) can be issued, provided that the item is still completely sealed and free from:
Damage and tampering
Physical alterations
Any other damages not mentioned here
All accessories including paintbrushes are still attached / unused and sealed
