Yes, all our sealants, top coats and cooling agents require a primer before being applied to a raw surface. Etch Primer Supreme for raw metals and rust-covered surfaces and Bonding Liquid Super+ for any other type of surface. It's not required to put a primer again on our Rubber Sealant when attempting to paint over it with a top coat or cooling agent.
